What ingredients do you need for chocolate fudge caramel frosting?

  • Sweetened Butter
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Heavy Cream
  • Caramel
  • Fine Sea Salt

The Recipe…

Using an electric mixer, cream the butter until it’s  light and fluffy. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together, then carefully mix into butter. Add vanilla, cream, salt, and caramel. Whip until light and fluffy.

  • If making for future use, keep in the refrigerator and then let sit at room temperature to soften.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweetened butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons caramel ( either homemade or store bought)
  • Pinch of fine sea salt
