Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweetened butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons caramel ( either homemade or store bought)
  • Pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Using an electric mixer, cream the butter until it’s  light and fluffy.
  2. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together, then carefully mix into butter.
  3. Add vanilla, cream, salt, and caramel.
  4. Whip until light and fluffy.
