Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sweetened butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons caramel ( either homemade or store bought)
- Pinch of fine sea salt
Instructions
- Using an electric mixer, cream the butter until it’s light and fluffy.
- Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together, then carefully mix into butter.
- Add vanilla, cream, salt, and caramel.
- Whip until light and fluffy.
