Let’s take a step back… To when I was a high school science teacher and I had No energy or Motivation to cook when I came home from work. I ended up ordering out for almost every meal, which took a huge toll on my body and energy levels. When I quit my teaching job, I began working at one of the largest recreational cooking schools in the U.S. I decided that I wanted to be in the food industry and leverage my talents to build my brand. I wanted to build a brand to help people eat better and makes meals enjoyable again.

* Teacher at The Chopping Block, the largest recreational cooking school in the United States for 5 years.
* Executive Chef of the fine dining cafe and corporate catering at UBS for 8 years.
* Large corporate dining events for Restaurant Associates in New York.
* Executive Sous Chef at the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City.
* Executive Sous Chef at Grahams in New Orleans and
* Executive Chef at Paradise Barcelona, a Spanish restaurant and tapas bar, in New York.
*PM Sous Chef at Windsor Court in New Orleans, one of top 10 restaurants at the time according to Food and Wine Magazine.
