Sometimes you want a plate to not only taste amazing but look like you spent forever making it when you didn’t. This recipe looks complicated but is actually super fast and easy to create a bunch of them. So it is perfect for a ladies lunch or a family picnic. Puff pastry is my go to when I want something fast that everyone is going to love. Bonus most store bought puff pastry is vegan so you can easily feed everyone by changing the filling to vegetables.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Lay the puff pastry sheet on a cutting board and using a rolling pin flatten and roll the pastry a little thinner so it is easier to roll. Cut the dough into 4 strips along the longer side and separate them so you have room to work with each piece.
Using a pastry brush, cover each strip with honey mustard sauce. Lay the ham and then the brie on top across the whole length of pastry. Roll each strip up creating a flower and place in prepared muffin tin. Place the tin in the oven and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with extra mustard on the side.
