Ham and Brie puff pastry roses

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound honey baked sliced ham
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
Honey mustard sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ whole grain dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Lay the puff pastry sheet on a cutting board and using a rolling pin flatten and roll the pastry a little thinner so it is easier to roll.
- Cut the dough into 4 strips along the longer side and separate them so you have room to work with each piece.
- Using a pastry brush, cover each strip with honey mustard sauce.
- Lay the ham and then the brie on top across the whole length of pastry.
- Roll each strip up creating a flower and place in prepared muffin tin.
- Place the tin in the oven and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with extra mustard on the side.
