Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound honey baked sliced ham
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Honey mustard sauce

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ whole grain dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Lay the puff pastry sheet on a cutting board and using a rolling pin flatten and roll the pastry a little thinner so it is easier to roll.
  3. Cut the dough into 4 strips along the longer side and separate them so you have room to work with each piece.
  4. Using a pastry brush, cover each strip with honey mustard sauce.
  5. Lay the ham and then the brie on top across the whole length of pastry.
  6. Roll each strip up creating a flower and place in prepared muffin tin.
  7. Place the tin in the oven and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve with extra mustard on the side.
