  • Cocoa Powder
  • Egg Whites
  • Sea Salt
  • Vanilla Extract

  • Maldon Salt

The Recipe

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Sift the powdered sugar into a large bowl. Add cocoa powder and a pinch of fine sea salt to the large bowl.

Separate eggs and place only egg whites in a small bowl. Whisk the egg whites to break up and then add to a large sugar bowl. Fold in chocolate chips and vanilla.

Let this mix sit for 1/2 hour and then scoop onto a lined sheet pan. Make sure to leave 2 inches around each scoop for spreading.  Sprinkle each cookie with Maldon salt.

Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes. You want them looking a little under done so they remain chewy inside. When done, let them cool on a sheet pan before removing. Enjoy 😃
