I love a sweet flavored coffee for a midday pick me up. The combination of cinnamon, chocolate and caramel never fails to get me through the day. This is a quick easy recipe that you can put together in minutes to share with a friend or just have a little quiet time by yourself.

  • Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Cinnamon Stick  
  • Drip Coffee
  • Heavy Cream
  • Caramel Sauce

Place the chocolate chips and cinnamon stick in a cup. Pour hot coffee over chocolate chips and stir. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle with caramel sauce.

Recipe Tips:

  • You can use your favorite store bought caramel sauce.
  • In a pinch, you can also use store bought whipped cream but I do suggest making your own.
  • If you are an iced coffee lover, make a couple extra pours and refrigerate. Then pour over iced and top with whipped cream when ready to drink.

  • This recipe really needs to be made to order.

Storing tips:

  • Any leftovers can be refrigerated and served as ice coffee.
