Whipped Feta With Roasted Grapes

Creamy salty whipped feta cheese with sweet grapes and fresh herbs. A perfect appetizer around the holidays when you have last minute guests or want to feel festive.

Whipped feta is all the rage right now! I even heard that there was a shortage of feta because of the tick tock pasta, which by the way is amazing!

Feta when roasted is creamy and salty and combines perfectly with the red grapes that get sweeter when roasted. This is a simple and fast recipe that can be put together in minutes and is so satisfying. Perfect around the holidays when you have last minute guests or want to feel festive. You can scoop up all the goodness with bread, crackers or crudités .

Recipe Tips:

  • For other versions of this recipe, you can pair the feta with olives, cherry tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, or carrots.
  • If you do not have fresh thyme, basil or oregano also go great with this recipe.
  • I have used goat cheese or farmers cheese in this recipe as well. They do not have the same saltiness, so I would add sea salt to those cheeses.
  • Since this recipe goes from the oven to table, make sure to cook it in an ovenproof dish that is cute enough to put on the table.

Make Ahead:

  • This recipe really needs to be made and eaten. There is not much prep, but you could get it all ready in an oven dish and then when guests come, place it in a preheated oven so it is hot when served.

Storing tips:

  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and then reheated.
