Ingredients
- 8 oz. feta
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 2 oz roasted garlic
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Place feta, garlic, and half of the oregano in a food processor and puree.
- Slowly add olive oil while the machine is on until you get a smooth thick consistency like thick yogurt. You want it to easily spread but not runny at all.
- Now taste for salt and pepper and season.
- At this point you can build a smear plate by laying it out on a plate and garnishing with more oregano and drizzling with olive oil. You can then drag toast points or crudités through as a dip or you can make individual Bruschetta on a toast point.
