Whipped Feta And Oregano Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. feta
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • 2 oz roasted garlic
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Place feta, garlic, and half of the oregano in a food processor and puree.
  2. Slowly add olive oil while the machine is on until you get a smooth thick consistency like thick yogurt. You want it to easily spread but not runny at all.
  3. Now taste for salt and pepper and season.
  4. At this point you can build a smear plate by laying it out on a plate and garnishing with more oregano and drizzling with olive oil. You can then drag toast points or crudités through as a dip or you can make individual  Bruschetta on a toast point.
