Thai Ground Pork With Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- ½ onion, diced
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 package ramen or lo mein noodles
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 red peppers, julienned
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- Sriracha hot sauce or thai chili paste
Instructions
- Heat a large sauté pan with the vegetable oil. When really hot add the diced onions and sauté until translucent. Then add the ginger and garlic and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the pork and cook thoroughly.
- While cooking mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce, and vinegar When the pork is cooked through add this to the pan.
- Now add the peppers, green onions, and hot sauce. Stir together and taste for seasoning and spice level.
- Bring a large pot filled with water to boil and cook the noodles to al dente.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pork and toss.
- Finish with fresh cilantro.
