Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh plums
- 1 gallon vodka or moonshine
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 whole star anise
Instructions
- Quarter plums, remove pits, and place in a glass container that is large enough to hold the gallon of alcohol.
- Add alcohol, sugar, cinnamon, and star anise.
- Place the container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks to marinate. Mixture will become a lovely fuchsia color.
- Remove plums and enjoy!
