Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Maldon sea salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Clean and oil your grill with high heat oil such as vegetable oil.
- Snap the bottoms of the asparagus to remove the tough ends and place on a heated grill. Be patient and let the asparagus cook. Do not keep moving them around. Let the heat build so you get nice grill marks on one side. Do not over cook. Remove when they are soft but still crisp.
- Place asparagus on a platter and drizzle with extra virgin olive then lemon zest over top.
