Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup bacon fat or vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Place 1 tablespoons of fat or oil in each muffin space then place pans in the oven to get hot.
- Place the eggs, flour, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl and beat until completely combined. Pour batter into a measuring cup or pitcher so it is easier to pour.
- When the muffin tin is very hot, remove from the oven and carefully fill each space 3/4 full. I suggest placing the muffin pan on a sheet pan so it is easier and safer to carry.
- Place this back in the oven and cook for approximately 35-40 minutes or until dark golden brown and crispy.
- Serve right away
