Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup colored sprinkles
  • 1 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Place chocolate in a double boiler and melt slowly. Make sure the bowl is clean and there is no leftover oil or grease in the bowl.
  2. When chocolate is melted, pour onto a lined sheet pan. I like to use a silpat non-stick mat.
  3. Sprinkle with colored sugar and fancy sprinkles chopped nuts.
  4. Let sit for 2-3 hours or place in the refrigerator to speed up the hardening process.
  5. Break into pieces and enjoy.
